Profile information — age, gender, city, profession, family and personal details, and photos you choose to upload for your matrimony profile.
Messages — content you send to other members through our messaging system.
Payment information — bank transfer receipts submitted for registration/premium fees. We do not collect or store card numbers; payments are verified manually by our admin team.
Usage data — pages visited, searches performed, and general device/browser information collected automatically to keep the site secure and working properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and matrimony profile.
To show your profile to other verified members based on your privacy and freemium settings.
To enable messaging between mutually interested members.
To review and activate accounts after registration fee verification.
To send important account, safety, or service-related notifications.
To detect misuse, fake profiles, and to keep the community safe.

3. Photos & Contact Details

Profile photos and direct contact information are only shown to premium members in line with our freemium model. Free members can view profile summaries but not photos or contact details, as configured by our platform settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with other members as necessary for the matrimony matching service (e.g. your profile details, and photos/contact info for premium members), and with administrators for profile approval, payment verification, and moderation.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricting admin access, requiring account verification, and moderating profiles before they go live. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

6. Your Choices

You can edit or update your profile information at any time from your dashboard.
You can request deactivation or deletion of your account by contacting our support team.
You can report a profile or a member for inappropriate behaviour at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults of legal marriageable age. We do not knowingly allow registration by minors.
